Skip Netzorg graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, and received his law degree from Syracuse University, with honors. Following graduation, he clerked for a Colorado Supreme Court Justice and then went into private practice. His practice has focused on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on partnership and corporate disputes, securities and fraud litigation, and natural resources and real estate litigation. He has attained numerous multi-million dollar jury verdicts, including the largest jury verdict in the history of South Dakota, as well as a judgment valued at over eight figures in a real estate case. He has been inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers, the most selective organization of trial lawyers in North America. Skip was selected by his peers as the recipient of the Denver Business Journal's Best of the Bar award for securities law. For over ten years, his peers have named Skip to the "Best Lawyers in America," a preeminent referral guide to the legal profession in the United States. Law & Politics and 5280 Magazine named Skip to their list of Top 50 Colorado Super Lawyers 2006 and 2007, based on the vote of all those admitted to practice law in Colorado. He is a past President of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and has been chair of its Commercial Law Committee on numerous occasions. Skip currently serves as Co-President of the Colorado Chapter of the International Network of Boutique Law Firms. Skip also serves as an arbitrator and mediator on selected cases. He is on the American Arbitration Association National Panel of Arbitrators.
