Nick McKeever was born in Denver, Colorado, on April 15, 1952, graduated from the St. Olaf College in 1974 and received his law degree from the University of Colorado in 1977, a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Upon graduating, he clerked for a Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Nick has served as a special master in cases pending before the federal district court and has recently completed a six-year term on that Court's Conduct Committee.  Nick and Skip have practiced together since 1981. In 1996, Nick became "Of Counsel" to the firm.
