Skip Netzorg is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been included in “The Best Lawyers in America” for the past several years. He received the Denver Business Journal’s 2005 Best of the Bar Award in the area of securities law. Law & Politics and the publishers of 5280 Magazine named Skip to the list of Top 50 Colorado Super Lawyers 2006 and 2007, named Susan to the Top 25 Female Colorado Super Lawyers list for 2007, and named Peter as a Colorado Super Lawyer..
Skip recently served as President of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA). Peter Koclanes currently is that organization’s Secretary, as well as Co-Chair of its Eagle Committee. Susan Bernhardt is a member of CTLA’s Board of Directors. Susan co-chairs the CTLA’s Commercial Litigation Committee. Peter and Susan also have co-chaired the Commercial Law section of the annual convention, and Susan co-chaired the 2004 annual convention.
Susan currently serves as Chair of the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee. Peter also is a member of the Committee, and Skip is a past member. Nick is a past member of the Federal Court Conduct Committee. Susan is the editor of the Colorado Lawyer’s professional responsibility column.
