Sherman & Howard's real estate attorneys represent clients in the purchase and sale of virtually all types of real property. We negotiate with title companies, adjacent and former property owners and others to resolve title matters. We structure transactions, advocate in negotiations with environmental insurance providers and work with environmental experts to qualify projects for state and federal clean-up programs and safe harbors in connection with the purchase and sale of environmentally contaminated properties.
